    Default Belo Horizonte House

    So...

I thought I'd share here (read as commit here) the progress of transforming my SOA Lighting Masterclass work to something new.

This one is my favorite image from the set I made.

And I'm going to replace the superhouse with my own design and the macro landscape, while keeping the forest look & feel that you see from this side of the house (the contrast between the horizontal house and the vertical forest trees) - The Approach. The other side is going to have views towards a lake.

Going to replace the current ground cover with Megascan assets, and here is an initial test with Corona Renderer.

    And FStormRender.

First order of business was to replace the pier.
No yacht is going to dock here - not on this side of the house.
So I'm exploring some bridge like approach,
keeping the concept of an elevated pathway - above the forest ground which will be a bit swampy maybe.

    To be continued...

Would be great to get your feedback and maybe even shared references as I go along developing this one

As I test out ground cover with megascans,
I've download the latest Corona Renderer build from Sep 2nd.

The new lightmixer feature works pretty nice

I find people or objects give an image a better depth of emotion.

Had you considered something like this?:

As an idea, yes. But what is this you show here? Doesn't seem possible

Hi Ronen, hopefully you are still working on this project. Here is a reference image I found in my collection that has a similar mood to what you seem to be aiming for, the whole series by photographer Thibault Bunoust is beautiful with variations on the theme of fog and high contrast symetric image with a main subject in the middle of the composition.
Here is the link to the project:
