    Hi all, this is my first post after a long time reading this blog.
    This are a couple of images I've done some time ago that i wanted to share with you.
    It was done in Maya, Mental Ray and photoshop, i hope you like it and I'm waiting for your critics.

    Lovely! Great calm mood, you can smell the warmness to me! Also great photoshop skills to me, guess the greenery is postproduction? If not, that foreground tree covered with ivy is even more stunning!

    bravefart- everything is 3d, including the ivy and all the vegetation.
    I uploaded a much bigger image, i will try to understand what happened and upload again the full res.

    Wow, the vegetation is superb. Really lovely shots, love the lighting & general ambience.

    Only crit would be the wood material looks a bit flat. Could do with tweaking the reflection/bump map. But aside from that, excellent work.

    Very nice! Congratulations!!!

    Everything looks perfect. If you want a bit of criticism, i would just improve the white stucco. Seems a bit flat.

    metrocubicodigital- you are probably right, the stucco could be better. i will keep it in mynd for the next work
